Confusion alert: the old S-series has been replaced by the new E-series. Looks-wise, they are very similar. E-series all have the one-piece sandwiched proprietary Teye-pickup ring, and the E-Custom-Plus also has the A-series bridge. The photos on this site are all of the old S-series and will be replaced gradually with E-series photos. Read all about the E-series HERE.

The E-Series version of the Teye™ Electric Gypsy™ La India™ offers the classic look with turquoise mosaic and chrome plated hardware. The hand-inlaid stabilized turquoise mosaic is exactly the same as on the A-Series guitars. A beautifully etched front plate of special alloy aluminum makes a classic contrast with the turquoise, further complemented by the Teye-hardware. The body and neck are finished in opulent autumn-red, adding to its timeless beauty.

 

The Electric Gypsy ‘La India’ model is the guitar that started it all: she was the first guitar that Teye, before even thinking of becoming a professional Luthier, made just for himself.
