NAMM booth

Teye Guitars invites everybody to our Winter-NAMM-booth #1346.

The Winter NAMM is at the Convention Center in Anaheim, California (namm.org). We share this booth with the great and hospitable fellows from Redland Music, they have a complete line of instrument cleaning products: as a matter of fact, every Teye guitar is prepped with Redland guitar wax before being shipped (this wax interacts with the violin-like finish and really brings out the luster), and ships with a beautiful Redland micro-fiber polishing cloth – simply the best in the industry. Now this is not why we share the booth. But if you do have a chance to visit you will see that the Redland guys are a lot of fun to hang out with. Which we have done on numerous occasions already, culminating in this booth-experience. We will have the following on display:

A-Series La Perla and La India;

S-Series La India, La Mora, and the very first S-Series La Canastera.

We will have a modest amp, plus some headphone facilities for those of you who want to rock (or jazz, metal, country, blues, twang, bend, but not break). The noise restrictions are rigorous at the NAMM and we do not have the luxury of a soundproof booth yet.

C’mon BY!

    Will it be the new La Pearla with the gold mother of pearl?

    Yes Frank, she shall. See the next Blog for photos…

    I wish I had time to fly there to see good friends from the other side of the ocean. Well, I expect to see you in this side of the ocean sometime. I promise a great dinner with blue fish and raki if you come over.

    Can, a Turkish blue fish dinner plus the chance to meet you in person are actually enough reason to fly to Turkey. What? I will fly to Turkey anytime, such was the great welcome I received there when we were on tour.
    For now, let me stay in Texas and make some guitars. As you well know, we are now months behind on both A- and S-Series (these are not easy guitars to make).
    Then, hopefully soon, I can take you up on that great generous offer!
    (Bytheway, when you make it to Texas, I will invite you into my house and my wife will cook a Spanish dinner accompanied by some great Ribera de Duero wine, and I will show you where your guitar is made.)

    Gürüçürüç, Güle güle,

    Teye
