Welcome to the brand-spanking New Web Site. I am extremely flattered that the guitars I make are being received so warmly. Of course, when people comment on how these are the best guitars they ever played, I agree: that is the whole reason why I dare to offer them for sale! Somehow, by using my entire life’s worth of tinkering experience, of unhappiness with the guitars I was playing, and of the dream I always had of playing an electric that would be my FRIEND, that would explore Great New Sounds with me, and express my affinity with the GREAT GUITAR SOUNDS of yore, I stumbled upon a magic formula, and now every guitar that comes from my workshop is my favorite guitar of all times….

It seems as if people have forgotten just how great a good instrument can sound. We always hear, “back in the day…”. Well, no one can convince me that we cannot make instruments just as good nowadays. The main reason that prevents guitars nowadays from being good, is that New Lexus that the CEO (or his wife) is craving. It seems that nowadays, we simply need more stuff to be happy, and are not willing to commit time, sweat, even blood, to endeavors anymore. It seems we ‘zap’ thru life. “No, no time for a cup of coffee, I gotta run, gotta … (fill in)”.

In my life, if I don’t have time for one more cup of coffee, that means something’s very, very wrong. OK you’d laugh at my car, but you would burst into tears if you saw my guitar and amp collection (and my espresso machine!)

I like to live my life at a normal pace, and I construct my guitars according to the same rule. If it ain’t right yet, well then it ain’t right yet and will need some more massaging. Oops, I just blew the nut. Shall I shim it? Are you kidding me? No, I WILL make a new nut! Another morning ‘down the drain’/pleasantly working on a truly great guitar (however you wish to interpret it).

So, I take great pride in presenting only those guitars that I would myself jump onstage with for any occasion, in front of any audience, knowing that I would have a great sounding, great playing, and great looking instrument with which I would comfortably embark on the road to inspiration.

Thank you, everyone who has taken the time to test-drive, to play, and to order one of my instruments. May the ride be exhilarating, may you be left breathless from your own inspiration, and allow me to be a small part of that.
