To all my customers who see the need to sell their Teye(s):
There has been a questioning of my not standing behind my guitars, by refusing to offer warranty to guitars sold on eBay. Of course I stand behind my guitars, and I will of course service any Teye-guitar. But it will not be under warranty, warranty only applies when you are the original customer. Am I the only one that does it like this?
My warranty has always been listed on eBay without anyone ever asking me first. This is why I have several disclaimers on my web site that clearly state that any ‘warranty’ promised on eBay will not come from me.
I will from now on immediately report any listing that promises my warranty. It is simply unfair to offer my services for free without me knowing about it.
There have been several guitars of mine on eBay, and usually they come with a promise of ‘Limited Lifetime Warranty’. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT I AM NOT LISTING GUITARS ON eBAY, AND AM NOT EXTENDING WARRANTY ON THOSE. Read the rest of this entry »
